Terms of service

Here at Tunbridge Wells Coffee Roastery Ltd., we strive on providing you with the freshest quality coffee and excellent service. If you have purchased any of our products, which you are not entirely happy with, please get in touch.

We will endeavour to respond to all queries within 7 working days. If however you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased it can be returned to us, providing it is not more than 7 days since you received the goods. You will only receive a refund for packets of coffee that have not been opened. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

If goods are faulty, or if you receive a product that you did not order, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Delivery  

We roast coffee to order throughout the week to ensure maximum freshness. Online orders are typically dispatched the next working day.

  • Local Deliveries: Available Monday to Friday within the Tunbridge Wells area.
  • UK Mainland Orders: Shipped via tracked 24-hour courier service. Most customers receive their order within 48 hours of dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Outside United Kingdom

We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom unless we are contacted prior to an order being placed to agree the shipping charge.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, providing it has not already been dispatched, we will simply refund your purchase. It is important that you notify us as quickly as possible – please email peter@twcoffeeroastery.co.uk or call us on 07809 118271. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Payment

Payment for all Products through the website must be by credit or debit card. We accept a wide range of cards through Shopify Payments including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & JCB, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

To ensure the best quality and freshness of our product, all our coffee is hand roasted each week to order and is dispatched soon after.

The Roastery

We roast from a small, busy roastery and are on site most of the time — but as we’re sometimes out making local deliveries, we recommend giving us a quick call before you visit to make sure someone’s here. You’re very welcome to collect your order in person, and we’d love to see you — feel free to swing by for a cup of coffee while you're here!
